My name is Rikki. I started at Rapid in late 2023. I handle Accounting, Finance, employee relations, along with many other hats to lend a hand where needed. Even if that means holding a flashlight for a tech. Teamwork is what makes the dream work, right? I have 16+ yrs of professional experience in finance and account management. I love this team and couldn't be happier with my decision to join it. I look forward to the personal and professional growth here at Rapid both short and long term.

I am a mom and bonus mom to 6 awesome kiddos and wife to an amazing man who keeps me on my toes. They push me everyday to be a better version of myself than I was yesterday.

Hi, my name is Willey. I am passionate about Motocross, BMX and action sports in general. I am 36 years old, but in my mind, I am 18 with 18+ yrs experience. I am just as dedicated to my work as I am to being a father to my 3 amazing kids and loving husband to my beautiful wife. I recently became certified in Light and Heavy duty DOT inspection.

I have worked Heavy Equip Tech for Volvo, Freightliner, Jack B. Parsons, Alta View Concrete and Harper Ready Mix. Currently Lead Tech here at Rapid and I love my crew. "Stay healthy, have fun & go huge"-Willey
